Is there a software that can scan for viruses on an iPhone?
I know I phone supposedly can’t get viruses but what if it’s a download file, how do I scan for a virus I might have unknowingly downloaded

There are no known viruses in the wild that can infect an iPhone that has not been jailbroken.
You can’t scan for something that does not exist.
