How to fix the dots from the MacBook Pro screen increasing in number?

How to fix the dots, looks like missing pixels, from the screen increasing in number? Closes device with original keyboard plastic cover as a liner after shutdown.

Does it seem running hot?

Take a screen shot & view that in Preview, move the Preview window around, if you see double dots it's a Video card/VRAM problem, if the lines do not move moving the pic around then it's the LCD or cable.
