Can I edit my Apple Credit Card application after submission?

I was applying for apple credit card. In the process of applying I had to exit out to lookup my annual income and when finally returning I had lost the page and it had prompt me to submit. I submitted without entering my annual income so it will not return to the part I need to enter. The card showed with zero available balance. Can I go back and try to reapply.
