I need info over the compact 35w charging brick

Today I bought the 35W charging brick from apple and I want to know if the output holes are set to a specific amount. I’m just going to charge one device, will it get full 35 WATTS or is it going to be split?

Also, how many watts does the cord that comes with the EarPod pro, support?

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 17

The Apple 35W Dual USB-C Port Compact Power Adapter can provide up to 35W of power, but this power is split between the two ports.

Basically, it works as follows:

  • If you're charging just one device, it will receive the full 35W of power.
  • If you're charging two devices simultaneously, the power is distributed between them. Typically, it allocates up to 20W to one device and up to 15W to the other, depending on the power requirements of the connected devices.

For your other question, there is no such thing as an EarPod Pro. I'm assuming that you mean that you have AirPod Pro earbuds.

If that's the case, then the charging cable that comes with it will depend on whether you have a 1st or 2nd generation model. Either way, they should be a standard USB charging cable. The power it supports depends more on the power adapter than the cable itself. The cable can handle up to 18W. This will allow for fast charging.
