I need to update my macOS High Sierra
I nee to update mi MacOS highSierra but for some reason there is none update.

You'll need to be a bit more specific.
If you mean you need to update High Sierra to its latest version - that is 10.13.6, with the last security update pushed out in the fall of 2020. Software Update should take of that for you.
If you mean you need to update from High Sierra to a newer version of macOS, then that partly depends on what hardware specs your computer has, which will determine if it can be updated to Mojave or later. If it can, then you should be able to search for the macOS version you need in the App Store.
