I locked my mac pro because i had lost it and when i found it and tried to put in the right passcode it kept saying wrong passcode and try again in 1, 5, 10, etc mins. I removed the mac from my find my and my apple account entirely but the mac is still on lost mode

Getting Into a Locked Device:

You need to add this back to your account. I'm not so certain you can, having removed it from your Apple Account. So, to get it unlocked, and added back to your account, set up a Genius Bar Appointment at your local Apple Store. There, it will be diagnosed, and you'll be provided with your options. IMPORTANT: Be certain to bring along a proof of purchase (i.e. sale receipt or original packaging) and the iPhone, itself.
