Can I buy apple penic pro using a gift card worth $100 and pay the rest in cash?
I'm looking to buy an iPad with the student discount and I'm wondering if I can use the $100 gift card to buy an Apple Pencil and pay the rest in cash.

Once you receive your Apple Gift Card from the education promotion you are free to spend it however you would like. You could definitely use the balance of the card towards the Apple Pencil Pro and then pay for the rest in cash at an Apple Store. You could also use the balance of the gift card and pay for the rest with a credit/debit card on the Apple Store website.
