Downloading/moving files/folders in Cloud Drive

Hello,

I have synced some of my critical folders with iCloud Drive on my MacBook Pro Sonomo 14.5. Now, I can neither delete, move or copy an item in the drive. And when I browse my folders on a web browser, the download button is greyed out. Please help!
