I’m can’t FaceTime friends that aren’t in my vontacts

I used to always be able to FaceTime my friends that weren’t in the contacts. My mom has a communication limit set up to where I can’t talk to my friends that aren’t in my contacts. Now, all of a sudden today when I tried to FaceTime them from Notes because I have their phone number saved on Notes to where I can click on it and press FaceTime and normally call them. It’s not letting me. I don’t know if this is a bug I don’t know maybe being able to FaceTime them without being in my contacts was a bug, but I just wanna be able to call my friends again. And like I said, I can’t add them to my contacts without a screen time password that I don’t know because my mom has it set.
