Screen sharing is extremely slow

Hallo

The screen sharing on my MacBook is extremely slow. Slow means that it takes a minute to open and it takes up to a minute or more for me to see the other screen when shared via iMessage. Sound is almost always there immediately. The problem has existed since the update to Ventura. I have a MacBook M1 with the current Sonoma. Does anyone have an idea? I've also tried to reset screen sharing, but didn't know how. If I use Apple Remote Desktop, then there are no problems
