When was the last time that you replaced the battery?
What is the current reading for Maximum Capacity of the battery?
Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging > Maximum Capacity
If Max Capacity is under 80%, the battery needs to be replaced at the Apple Store or an authorized Apple service shop.
