I am Under a Hacker Intrusion

Hackers have entered my iPhone and my Macs (Mac mini and MacBook Air). Can I use the Mini with another user? All emails are blocked, and all devices like Google TV etc. are also affected.

Last week, my MacBook Air was under external control, as well as my iPhone 15. Now I am using a Mac mini and an iPhone 14 with a new number. How can I check if there is something wrong with these devices? I believe it all started from a Gmail account where I stored all passwords.

I am reinstalling iOS and macOS, but I am still experiencing problems. How can I manage this situation?

Mac mini, macOS 14.6

  1. What evidence do you have that this has anything to do with the phone? Who is your email provider?
  2. What, EXACTLY, did you “notice”. How did you determine that there was “remote access”?
  3. What “problems” are you encountering?
  4. Did you initiate contact with “Microsoft”? Why in the world would Microsoft be contacting you. This sounds very much like you’re being scammed.

Remote control of an ios device is virtually impossible.

Your devices have not been ‘hacked’. It sounds like your gmail account was compromised, which may have led to other accounts having been compromised as well.

You have not provided any specific information that would indicate at all that your devices were “hacked”.

1. Email Issues: I am not receiving any emails, which prevents me from responding to verification codes and support requests.

2. Device Control: Last week, my MacBook Air and iPhone 15 were under external control. I noticed unusual activities such as remote access without my permission.

3. New Devices: I switched to a Mac mini and an iPhone 14 with a new phone number to avoid further issues. However, I still encounter problems.

4. Microsoft Contact: Microsoft contacted me asking for screenshots to investigate the issue, but I cannot respond due to the email problem.

I believe the intrusion might have started from a compromised Gmail account where I stored all my passwords. I have reinstalled iOS and macOS, but the issues persist. How can I ensure my devices are secure and regain control of my email?

Thank you for your assistance.
