Hi
I recently took a backup of my iCloud photos on to my Windows 11 laptop and I was going to delete them when I got a notification that if I delete photos from iCloud it will delete from my iPhone too. I want to know if it is possible to delete the photos just from iCloud so the photos remain on my iPhone.

You would first need to turn off iCloud Photos on your iPhone (settings > photos). Once off, you can delete photos in iCloud.
