Code on my Apple Gift Card is not clearly visible, what should I do?

If you receive a request for payment using Apple Gift Cards, or If you believe you are the victim of a scam, please contact Apple Support and report it to local law enforcement.

You may also report the scam to the FTC Complaint Assistant.

The first thing I would try is to use the Magnify app on an iPhone or iPad and zoom in on the card. If you still can't make it out, then contact Apple Gift Card Support at 800-275-2273
