Unable to remove app called "P" on iPhone 8 plus

Somehow my mother ended up with an app called Playhop on her home screen. Long pressing on the app causes all applications on that page to shake slightly and show the minus symbol to remove them except for that app. I do not see it in the apple store and she has no idea how it got there. The only thing I could find about Playhop it is that it is a browser gaming website and usually only on windows or Android. Any help would be appreciated!

On the iPhone, go into Settings -> General -> iPhone Storage (if she has an older iOS, it may be called "Storage & Cloud Usage" then go to "Manage Storage)

From there you will see a list of all apps on the phone, scroll down to Playhop and tap on it, the following screen should have a "delete app" option. If that doesn't get rid of it, have her sign out of her iCloud and back in
