Sim not supported

phone was purchased in china on date 28 June 2023.


till now we are facing sim not supported error on my phone




need support

You purchased a phone that was locked to a carrier, Apple can't help you with this.


Contact the seller and see if they can either offer you an unlocked phone or give you your money back. Unfortunately waiting a year to fix this issue they probably won't. You most likely own a brick.


Or contact the carrier it is locked to and see if they will unlock the phone. Unfortunately unless you are a customer of theirs, they probably won't unlock it.
