"Error performing request, Unknown Error " on my iPhone

I am dialling USSD code *#07# on my iPhone XR , I am receiving a error message "Error performing request Unknown Error ". I have tried to i) change the phone setting e.g turing of call forwarding, ii) change the call setting switching off call forwarding etc, iii) update all downloads iv) reset network setting etc. Nothing works. All other USSD code e.g. *#06# is working.

Please help me fix this problem

How do I fix 'Error performing request unknown error' and no signal on iPhone 12? USSD Code Not Working My device is iPhone 13 Pro, and the software that I’m using is iOS 26.2.1 and I’m using two networks or lines. The first line used physical sim card and the secondary line is an e-sim. The problem that I have right now I can’t able to use any of the USSD code it being couple of months now, firstly I thought It was just a network problem but now I realised the problem is with the device. The below message is the one that I received when I’m dialling any USSD Codes; Error performing request Unknown Error Thank you
