Apple Watch alarms don’t pair with my iPhone

Upgraded my IiWatch from a series 3 to 9, having alarm and timer pairing issues with my iPhone 11.

It seems you want to pair your alarm and timers with your Apple Watcha and iPhone, I believe you cannot sync timers but ill show you how to sync the alarms.


  • Set the alarm you want on your iPhone.
  • Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
  • Tap My Watch, tap Clock, then turn on Push Alerts from iPhone.


Now remember, if you set an alarm on your iPhone, it will alert both devices when its time. If you set an alarm on your Apple Watch, it will not alert the iPhone.
