i bought more icloud storage, upgraded to the 2.99$/month plan (200gb), but i still get the iphone storage is full pop up... why ?!!!!!

iCloud storage and your iPhone's local storage capacity are 2 different things.
Buying more iCloud storage will not change the amount of storage your phone has.

iCloud storage is separate from that inside the iPhone. Delete or offload content from it.
