There are some requirements for such a change.
- You must end all active subscriptions. Expiration may take time (end of current billing cycle). You can ask the staff to expire select subscriptions immediately.
- You must spend all account balance. You can ask the staff to null any remaining balance.
- You must have a valid payment method as issued in the new country.
- You may loose access to apps and services and content from the former country.
- You should make downloads for content purchases from Apple, that you want to keep access to.
It is really intended for users that go live long term in a different country.
It is not intended for users that want to access a Store from a different region.
