Apple tv first generation
Purchased apps have been removed from Apple tv as i only have first generation one. Will buying the latest Apple tv reinstall lost apps that have already been purchased?

The original Apple TV (1st generation) from 2007 isn’t really usable in 2024. It had one third party app (YouTube) until 2015 or so. Maybe your older model Apple TV isn’t actually 1st generation?
The legacy Apple TV (2nd and 3rd generation) models from 2010–2013 have ‘apps’ that are loaded from remote servers. Those were managed remotely. If those apps get removed, then that happened because support for these models was ended by their content providers.
The 2017 Apple TV 4K (1st generation and later) is fully supported with no known lost apps.
