How do I identify the MDM server that my iPhone is registered to?

How do I identify the MDM server that my iPhone is registered to. It prevents me from using the device manager since I don't have the password under which my phone was registered.

Is there some way to un-register without this password?

I bought it "new" from T-mobile and am still paying for it. I would be surprised if they are selling stolen phones.

If T-Mobile sold it with MDM supervision loaded, contact T-Mobile.

If you have the original purchase receipt from T-Mobile and it was sold without supervision and has somehow now acquired supervision — you’ve somehow gotten supervision from a completely unknown source, and not mobile network and Wi-Fi related profiles — then contact Apple.

Nobody here can help you remove supervision.
