My battery health was 100 for first 5-6 months but then when i checked in 7th month it was 94 and then it started reducing in days now yesterday it was 92 and today just in one day it fell to 91
how can it fall by one percent in one day, the support team ran diagnostics and found some problem. Will apple replace battery?? Its under warranty

What problem did Apple find when they ran diagnostics. That seems to be the missing piece to the puzzle. Apple will replace the battery if the battery health drops below 80% in the first year.
Other than that, it is normal to expect a 1% drop per month on average. This drop will not be linear as you have seen and some months will not drop at all and other months may drop more. That appears to be exactly what you are experiencing and would not indicate a problem on its own.
