Use same phone number to multiple apple ids

I have personal phone number linked to my apple id. I am trying to create new apple id with work email, I am not able to create when I use the same phone number. Seeing this error. Any help around this please.

Apple ids are strictly personal so for as far as I know it will be not possible to create multiple ids with the same phone number
