You Can't. Your device does not meet the minimum system requirements to install these apps. As of this reply, here is what is required to install these:

• Facebook: iOS 13.4 or Greater
• Instagram: iOS 15.1 or Later

Time to Upgrade:

So, in the long run, take this as a good reason to upgrade to a much newer iPhone model.
