Occasionally an email does not arrive into my account.
I receive most emails sent to me but on rare occasions one does not arrive into my Mail account. Where should I look to troubleshoot this issue?

First quit Mail, use a Browser to login to your WebMail, do they arrive there?
Do you have other devices collecting Mail?
Do you have any clues, such as it always the same sender(s), or Mail provider?
Do you use any Mail Rules?
Have you looked in Junk, Trash etc.?

It's the same with all devices.
Can be a different sender.
All Mail Rule have been deleted.
Nothing in Junk.
I have to say it rarely happens - last time it's today, before that it was April 2023 that I know of.
Gonna be next to impossible to find the cause if it's that rare!
In Disk Utility>View, select Show all Devices, highlight the top left entry.
Run Disk First Aid on all items in the left panel, from top down.
Are you running any VPN, Anti-Virus, or Cleaning apps?

Rare I know, but on both occasions emails were important to receive at the time.
I've used First Aid on all internal devices with no issues.
Not running VPN, Anti-Virus or Cleaning apps.
I got the first sender (last year) to send to an alternate (gmail) address which worked ok. Did the same to second sender (yesterday) which did not work nor did two more alternate (mac) email addresses.
Hmmm, next time try checkng your WebMail in a Browser.. only thing I can think of is that's being blocked upstream.
