I just got a new laptop and I'm trying to load my ipod classic to it. When I go into iTunes, music isn't an option. I've tried everything that has been suggested but can't get it to show. When I open Apple Music my ipod music is there but I can't get it to itunes. I'm confused.

Apple Music (the subscription service) cannot be added to an iPod Classic. Turn off Apple Music.
