I recently purchased an Apple Gift Card. I do not believe that the cashier activated the card. I am now pursuing an online option to activate the card. Hoping that someone can help me.

Activation must be done by the store. Take your receipt back to the store and have the problem resolved. Many times employers use cameras to monitor transactions to prevent employee theft, but it could have been an honest mistake as well.
