Is there any way to remove all the non acceptable app that will never be used on this iPad?

You can delete all the apps you want that are not essential to the OS of the iPad. Press and hold the app until it enters >jiggle< mode and then release. Next, press the >X< in the corner of the app. If the app doesn’t have an >X< it’s considered essential. Just move to the next app with an X.

There would be little benefit to deleting them entirely, even if you could. They don't take up much room and unless you use them, they don't really do anything.

You can put all the apps you will never use in a folder so that you don't have to look at them.
