How can I buy Music from my iTunes wish list?

It coud be sound silly but it's a long time I don' use itunes and I am not really technological.

I have difficulties in buying the music I put on my wish list. I choose from the list the piece I would buy then I hardly can go the to right position to buy it. Can you help me? Thank you
