My iPhone just prompted me to download faceTime, but it is already installed...

I reset my iPhone 13 Pro Max last night and did not use a backup. This morning it showed a prompt to download FaceTime in order to use FaceTime, but the app is already installed. My iPhone is running iOS 17.6.1.

I reset it because I had some security concerns, which is why I didn't use a backup and set it up as a new device instead.

Does anyone have an idea if the prompt is just a weird glitch or if my iPhone's security/privacy is actually compromised even after a new setup?

cheers.
