Theres no history of the payment but my gcash was charged 99.00 after enrolling my gcash as payment and the app was free. How could i report the charge if theres nothing on the purchase history? I just installed app on my new iPad and it was only facebook and to be able to download other apps it deducted my gcash 99 pesos

You may need to check older purchases, which is available in the App Store. If you had a previous purchase that has not been paid for, then you will be charged once the payment method is added. If you are given the option to Filter your purchases, make sure your are not restricting them to only the last 90 days. You can post a screenshot for additional guidance.
