I recently purchased a bundle in a game on my iPhone for $4.99 for whatever reason it says it’s pending and that instead of the $4.99 I was charged $10.81. What is the reason for that? Is it to make sure I can pay the 4.99? Will it fix itself or do I have to contact someone?

A pending charge on your Credit/Debit card is normal and will get processed in the next day or two. Did you happen to purchase it twice thinking the first one did not go through. If the purchase was for a consumable, such as game coins, then they can be purchased multiple times. View your purchase history in the App Store and each transaction will have a different order number.
