How do I remove my daughter from Family Sharing?

Depends on the age of your child. If 13 or older, check here:

If under 13, a child cannot have their own account and must belong to a Family Sharing group, so you will only be able to transfer her to another Family Sharing Group.

Move a child to another group using Family Sharing - Apple Support

Your daughter must be older than 13. Then you can remove her in Settings -> Family -> Your daughters name -> Remove
