Issues with FaceTime Lag After Enabling iCloud Private Relay

I've noticed that after enabling iCloud Private Relay, the sound and video on MY side of FaceTime calls become laggy and choppy. However, according to the person I'm calling, my audio and video appear smooth on their end.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? It doesn't seem to be related to my network since it happens with both Wi-Fi and cellular data. The problem only goes away when I disable iCloud Private Relay before using FaceTime.

I know that iCloud Private Relay isn't supposed to affect FaceTime, as it's only supposed to be related to Safari, according to the feature's description. However, based on my tests, that's exactly what's happening.
