I have gone to app library and found no app store. I went to settings/screen time/content&privacy Restrictions/itunes&app store purchases and allowed store purchases & redownloads. Still no app store. I need another option for locating app store on my iPhone 13. Thanks for any suggestions.

I would start by Force Restarting your iPhone. It may take a couple of attempts to get the speed and sequence of the key presses correct and the last step of holding the side button until the Apple logo appears could take up to 20 seconds. Ignore anything else you see on the screen during that time:

If still an issue, I would try 2 tests to see if the results change:
