How do I update my iPhone iOS higher than 9.2 ?
My iPad many is only updated to 9.2 can it go higher then that?
and if so how do you do it

Use a computer or the Software Update function in Settings. If you encounter a specific issue, describe it in this thread.
An unit on 9.3.6, and most of those on 9.3.5, can't be updated to 10 or above. This also applies to units showing either of those as available.
