I turned on my screen time lock so if my phone get stolen they won’t have access to my Apple ID. Now I want to access my Apple ID but I can’t because I’ve forgotten the screen time lock pass code. Please I need help solving this

If you did not use the option to allow your Apple ID to reset the passcode in case you forgot, then you will need to contact Apple Support as directed by this Support Article.
If you forgot your Screen Time passcode - Apple Support
If you did use the option to use your Apple ID/Password in case you forgot, then you will see the "Forgot Passcode" button to reset it.
You will likely need to factory reset your device and won't be able to use your backup to restore your data since that will only bring back the screen time passcode.
