I backed up my Ipad, then did a reset, followed by Restore Backup. Now, I go through a few screens and get to the screen telling me to enter the password for my Apple ID, but the continue button is grayed out and the Use Another Device To Sign In link does nothing. Where do I enter my ID password?

I had this too, after I did a restore on a new phone from my iMac. The 'privacy policy' stuff hides the place to enter the text. You have to slide the 'back' part up, behind the privacy blather. Then the place to enter the text comes into view.
Not very intuitive or good UX design. IMHO

No place to enter Apple id after factory reset.
