Recovering private tabs from iCloud-backups?

I had a lot of private tabs open in Safari when my previous iPhone 8 broke.

I do have a backup of the iPhone 8 on iCloud, but every time I restore the backup on my new iPhone 14, the private tabs in Safari are all gone.

But at the same time, all the tabs in Safari that weren’t in private browsing mode are restored.

So, I’m wondering: How can I recover the private Safari tabs that were on my previous iPhone?

"I’m not talking about recovering my private search history. I’m talking about restoring the private tabs that were open in Safari on my previous phone when I made the backup."

No. iCloud backs up items in your browsing history. Being these tabs are private tabs, and are now closed, the history is now gone.
