How do I revert from iOS 18 Beta to iOS 17?

Removing Beta Software:

iOS18 is beta and is still in the phase of development. So, uninstall it. You'd have to reset it to factory settings. So, prior to downgrading it, create a backup of your iPhone, that way you can have something to restore your iPhone from. Have an older iOS17 backup? If so, you can try restoring to that:

Downgrading from Beta Without a Backup:

With or without a backup, you need to reset it to factory settings.

IMPORTANT:

Prior to downgrading it, create a backup of your iPhone, that way you can have something to restore your iPhone from should anything go wrong with the downgrade.
