Not able to set up an E-sim
I have a brand new iPhone 15 plus. I set up an E-sim on a number but 2 sims were activated on the same number. One of them was activated and the other was just "activating" the whole time. So i reset the mobile carrier settings and now I'm unable to set up an E-sim again. The carrier provider says that the EID of this phone is blacklisted and its not their responsibility. What do I do now?
