Which Apple Watch Ultra tracker is best for Muay Thai training?
Hi there, which Apple Watch Ultra built-in tracker is most accurate in Muay Thai Fitness Training? Is it Kick Boxing or Martial arts? My Muay Thai Training do include stretching, indoor running, push up, seat up, lunges, squad, skipping robe, core training, Shadow boxing& kicking combo, punching / kicking sand bag, sparring, etc... all these train in interval routine. So please advice me to use Apple Watch Ultra built-in tracker accurately.
