How do I change the timezone on my iPhone 14 Pro Max?

My iPhone ProMax 14 is set to automatic on the time zone. It is picking eastern time zone in the USA when I live in the Central Time Zone. How can I fix this?

You can try force resetting your iPhone, in the meantime heres how you set the time on your iPhone manually,

Go to Settings > General > Date & Time. Turn off Set Automatically.
Change the time zone or the date and time:
- Tap Time Zone and enter a city with the time zone that you need.
- Or tap the date to change the date and time.
