How can I sync my iCloud email to Outlook?

I need technical support to sync my iCloud email address to my new outlook account. Best Buy was not able to do it.

I was able to setup both emails/contacts/calendars in Outlook Desktop in the past and then about a year ago, it no longer recognized my Apple ID. I can not add my iCloud to my outlook (v. 16.69) :( Can somebody help me to add my iCould account to my outlook to receive mail. It all used to work two days ago, I already tried to delete my mailfolder and reinstall it, but it rejects all my passwords in the automatic setup pop-up. Even the app-specific password.
