I have had problems with controlling the mouse, erratic, click and drag inconsistent. Apple thought it was interference with the USB plug in on back so I got an adaptor to run the segate back up off the thunderbolts and moved the rest around until I saw improvement. However, the mouse is still unable to preform the click and drag function, will not highlight well to copy text or attachment, and looses and drops items mid drag.

If that Logitech mouse has a USB unifying receiver, try putting the receiver on a short USB extension cable instead of into the back of the Mac mini. Then place the cable and receiver off to one side, away from other high speed USB cables and devices.
