Why won't my Apple SuperDrive connect to my MacBook Pro?
I can't get my apple superdrive to connect to my MacBook pro from 2022. I have a powered USB hub

Even with a powered USB hub, it won't supply enough power to the SuperDrive. You would need a USB-C to USB-A adapter specifically for it to work.
