I’ve been trying to add a ticket from my vividseats account to my Apple wallet and it won’t work. It worked on my boyfriend’s phone (has exact same iPhone 11) but not mine. The venue for the event suggested adding them to my wallet as internet service can be spotty with all the people around and mine won’t work after multiple tries!
