I miss my iPhone 11. WiFi was more efficient than the iPhone 15. It connects to Wi-Fi and begins to disconnect and connect with the circle spinning

Do you use VPN? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile.

I have no such issues.

As advised, remove any vpn or security software and see if that fixes your issue.
