I phone drastically charging

My 13 pro is not charging so i went apple service center and clean port also i purchased new cable but drastically its not charging so i go to another phone which is also not charging I shifted plug but it still not working after some time 14 pro is charging and than i plug 13 pro its charging but when I shift phone it is 14 pro its is not charging and my phone is also not charging sometimes later i put 13 pro its not charging. Now 14pro charging what is this means i don’t know its a hardware problem or anything else.
